How should one prepare for infertility treatment

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR IVF? 

- Destress
- Meditate for stress elimination. Sahaj samadhi is a wonderful form of meditation that can help 
- Eat a healthy balanced diet including all fruits and vegetables. They are a good source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which enhance fertility. 
- Quit smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs. 
- Avoid caffeinated beverages- tea, coffee, aerated drinks. 
- Avoid processed food and stale food. 
- Exercise everyday- graded increase in physical activity is optimal. 
- Achieve and maintain a healthy body weight/BMI- Both overweight and underweight women have lower success rates with IVF. 
- Take your prenatal vitamins/supplements as advised by the doctor 
- Sleep early and for at least 6-8 hours
